While I truly believe that hospitality is more about how you serve and treat the person in front of you, it seems that one way or another food is involved.

Some areas where hospitality recipe ideas come in handy are when you need to: bring over a side dish to a potluck, or make a transportable dinner dish for a meal train or having a go-to meal that works for everyone when you invite families over for a game night.

I struggled in this area for years and finally know what I feel confident preparing that go over really well.

SIDE DISHES

  1. Deviled Eggs
  2. Jalapeno Poppers
  3. Spinach Dip

MEAL TRAINS

  1. Chicken Pot Pie Bake with Cheesy Crumble
  2. Shepherd’s Pie (For gluten free eaters)

FOR COMPANY

  1. Burrito Bar – The Works  (The rice addition in this makes it work for gluten free eaters)
  2. Seasoned Beef Taco Meat (This is from my Tex-Mex section, but is needed for the Burrito Bar)

Some of the recipes have two pages in the Recipe Book and are divided up on the blog post so you can clearly see what they are.

I have our entire 5 Week Meal Plan here.

Here is the picture I use for my “Hospitality” divider page in case you want one too.

(Each picture will take you to that specific recipe.  Save each recipe image.  I like to print them and keep them in a three ring binder with plastic sleeves and divider tabs.)

I have also created a KITCHEN BASICS GUIDE for young women.  If you are starting to build up your kitchen supplies, don’t waste your money on sets.  Just get the best of the basics.
