This Five Week Meal Plan keeps me from decision fatigue and makes my weekly grocery pickup super easy.  It keeps our meals nourishing and full of variety.  They are home style lunches and dinners that everyone in the family eats.

I have adjusted this meal plan through the past five years and have landed on foods that we all like.   Please remember, this is our family’s meal plan that we actually use.  So, some things like “Pizza on Saturday” or “Eating Out On Sunday” is just what we do.

Also, I didn’t put breakfasts or snacks on the meal plan, because they are single serve and my kids pick them a’ la carte.  But I will put in a link here when I get that done.

In my heart, I am sharing this as a tool to help.  It goes hand in hand with our Family Recipe Book that I post updates to every 3 months.  Enjoy!
