I see a lot of recipe sites featuring tons and tons of dessert recipes.  I get it. We all love sweets.  Our brain loves sweets.  But to be honest, we typically only have sweets on Friday night. (Well, except for the dark chocolate chips I eat every day.)

So up to this point, I have tried to share the dinner recipes for my Five Week Meal Plan because we eat dinner every day, but God hath also given us all things richly to enjoy … in moderation, right?  These 6 Friday Fun Night Desserts are ones that we always come back to … because they’re delicious and simple and made mostly from scratch.

  1.  Brownies
  2. Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars (We prefer them as ice cream sandwiches.)
  3. Saltine Toffee
  4. Coconut Macaroons
  5. PB Blossom Cookies
  6. Banana Pudding

I have also created a KITCHEN BASICS GUIDE for young women.  If you are starting to build up your kitchen supplies, don’t waste your money on sets.  Just get the best of the basics.
