As I started this new year, I thought that each month I would share a word that inspires me. My husband and I both agree that a word that keeps us moving forward is the word “faithful.”
It is the defining character trait by which God judges His children.
When Paul told Titus to search through Crete for men to teach in each city, he told him to find faithful men. He didn’t mention driven, charismatic, Type A, talented, popular or wealthy. He said “faithful.”
The word inspires me because “faithful” is something I can be. Faithful to God and His word is something anyone can be.
No one else has to see us for us to be faithful. In fact, the only one who matters is the only one who sees everything we do. Let’s be faithful for His glory alone.
