So this is actually a dress from my daughter’s WARDROBE STAPLES .  She is the one who said it would look great with a brown skinny belt and she was definitely right.  I paired it with some suede boots and a longer necklace and it was just fun.  But I feel it could be toned down with some sandals for a casual coffee date or shopping as well.
