This is truly a pocket guide that you can keep in your Bible or in your purse for when you find yourself with adrenaline pumping in your ears and your heart racing. You know! It’s that feeling when you see their name come up on your phone, or in your emails or you see them talking to someone in the same room as you. It’s a moment when your brain isn’t working like it normally would and all the conversations you have rehearsed in your brain want to come spewing out.
STOP and look at how JESUS handled the situations. Find your confidence in God’s Word and in God’s acceptance of you through the blood of Jesus. Don’t REACT. Pause, breathe, read through the guide and let your body come to a state of recovery. You do not need to walk and live in fear.
