Tuesdays are for Tacos!  At least they are at my house.  We have a different Mexican inspired dish each Tuesday and our favorites are:

1). Beef Tacos,

2). Crispy, Baked Chicken Flautas,

3). Taco Bell Style Chicken Quesadillas,

4). Chicken Enchiladas With Red Sauce and

5). Green Chile Chicken Enchiladas

 

As I am making a book of our favorite family recipes for my own children, I thought it might be helpful to share them with other young women as well.

I have also created a KITCHEN BASICS GUIDE for young women.  If you are starting to build up your kitchen supplies, don’t waste your money on sets.  Just get the best of the basics.
