When I tried on this blouse while looking for a short sleeve navy top for my WARDROBE STAPLES I knew this was a keeper.  It had feminine details but a fabric that went with denim and an ultra soft white skirt.  It’s tailored fit kept me from looking boxy.  I got it from Walmart because of their return policy, but never returned it. 

I have had a flowy white skirt for probably a decade and it never seems to go out of style.  It is probably going to get set aside as fall begins, but I am certain to bring it back out again once spring comes around next year.
