Ingredients
  1. 6 apples - cored and chopped
  2. 1 - 2 pound of grapes - sliced in half
  3. 2 - 3 bananas - sliced long ways and then in pieces
  4. 1 cup yogurt
  5. 1/3 cup honey
  6. 1 tsp cinnamon
  7. pinch of nutmeg
Instructions
  1. Combine all the ingredients.
  2. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
